Victoria/Tomas were back this 2019 edition of Paris Fashion Week with an all-Parisian Fall and Winter collection. As they stated themselves, they found their inspiration in the streets of Paris, and that was just so obvious already by looking at the clothes that were elegantly walking down the runaways this season.
A deconstruction of the model Parisian woman, her everyday style explained through stripes, poplin shirts, and the effortlessness of denim. A charming touch of country, with the oversized, colorful, checked button-downs, and then the tomboyish functionality of the shoes collection – made in napa and patent, made for long walks in the city and by mixing men’s shoes, clogs and sneakers.
The check trench-coats, the knitwear and the stripes add to the coziness of this experimental collection, designed by imagining the French city woman in her everyday tasks and busy life. A combination and a mixture of classical suits, urban and country wear – resulting in extra-long skirts, checked, vichy shirts, and chevron-like patterns. Victoria/Tomas sono tornati in quest’edizione 2019 della Fashion Week di Parigi, con una collezione Autunno/Inverno tutta parigina. Come loro stessi hanno ammesso, i due designer hanno trovato la loro inspirazione per le strade di Parigi. Ciò è ampiamente visibile solo ammirando gli abiti che passeggiano elegantemente sulle passerelle di questa stagione.
Una decostruzione della donna parigina modello; la sua quotidianità e il suo stile spiegati attraverso strisce, maglie in popeline, e la semplicità del jeans. Un affascinante tocco country, con le maxi camice a scacchi colorati e la funzionalità quasi maschile della collezione scarpe – realizzate in napa e pelle vernicciata.
